Essentials, $350/month: up to 100 transactions and 2 accounts.
Growth, $600/month: up to 250 transactions, 5 accounts, receipt capture, and a quarterly review call.
Premium, $950/month: up to 500 transactions, 8 accounts, and a monthly review call.
Every package includes monthly reconciliations, a P&L and Balance Sheet by the 15th, and a year-end package for your CPA.
Payroll & Add-Ons
Payroll through Gusto starts at $75/month for up to 5 employees, plus $10 for each additional employee. One-time setup: $250. Add-ons: extra accounts $50/month, bill pay or invoicing from $150/month, sales tax filing $75 per return, and 1099s $150 + $15 per form.
Cleanup & Catch-Up
Behind on your books? Start with a $250 diagnostic, credited to your project. You get a fixed quote before we begin: $150, $250, or $400 per month of books, depending on their condition. Minimum project $750, with 50% to start.
